We believe a thriving business starts with a thriving workforce.

As an organizational development consulting firm, Elev8 Workforce Solutions, LLC, helps human resources, operations, and executive leaders reshape their systems and processes to elevate the employee experience as a key business driver. Our work is grounded in the belief that when people are elevated through meaningful experiences, organizations accelerate their path to success.

Our Vision

We envision a future where organizations prioritize their people above all else, recognizing that the ultimate path to customer delight and business success lies in enhancing positive employee experiences.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide practical, research-based solutions that help leaders view their organization through the lens of its most valuable asset—its people—and adjust operations to optimize success at every stage of the employee life cycle.

Our Values

Bold, yet Kind

We aren’t afraid to take big swings and push boundaries, aiming for innovation and impact. And yet, we aim to do so with empathy and consideration for people. We’re disruptive without being destructive.

Respectfully Curious

We are eager to understand, to ask questions, and to dig deeper without being intrusive or judgmental. Balancing intellectual exploration with interpersonal awareness is at the core of what we do.

Accountable to Results

We are reliable and follow through with our responsibilities, ensuring the right systems are in place for every person to maximize performance and achieve goals.

Fail Forward

We are open to new ways of thinking and doing, even if they fail. Failure is a critical part of growth and innovation, and we welcome the lessons learned to propel us forward in pursuit of excellence.

An Eye toward the Future

At Elev8 Workforce Solutions, the journey has only just begun. We believe the next era of organizational success will be defined by how deeply companies connect their business outcomes to the lived experiences of their people.

At the heart of Elev8’s identity is a compelling brand that signals both clarity and innovation. The name “Elev8” is a play on the word elevate, reflecting the company’s goal to raise workforce performance and culture to a higher level. The number 8 serves as a promise of what’s ahead: a proprietary framework in development that will bring structure and clarity to the complex connection between employee experience and organizational performance.

Founder Marlia Fontaine-Weisse is advancing this vision through doctoral research in Organizational Psychology, exploring how eight dimensions of employee experience—Leadership, Learning, Strategy, Communication, Teamwork, Technology, Wellbeing, and Community—shape not only thriving workplaces but also resilient, future-ready organizations. This research will fuel the creation of a scalable, research-driven model that helps organizations reimagine the employee lifecycle as a catalyst for growth, innovation, and enduring success.

Our vision is bold yet simple: when organizations elevate their people, they don’t just achieve success, they accelerate it.
